Lovely place for exploring Valkenburg aan de Geul. Beautifully decorated room & comfy bed. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location, close to all attractions. Based close enough to stores and the downtown village area, center and nature and the Valkenburg Castle, directly in center of town.

The atmosphere created was family! Location: the hotel was really close to the city centre as well as center and nature.

Fairly clean and perfect place, has magnificent views of the castle. The double room is stylish and has central heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a sitting area.

We recommend this hotel, it was clean and ideal. Stayed here during our weekend, it was a pleasant experience. The location was comfortable and top, right at Kasteel Den Halder. The staff was very helpful and around most of the time.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast provided, which offered a delicious selection of fresh rolls, fruit, and coffee. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few minor drawbacks. the description of the rooms could be more informative, as we found our twin room to be quite small for two people.

The staff is friendly, breakfast is amazing, location is perfect, view of castle is stunning, lounge area offers free coffee/tea and board games.

This hotel is perfectly located near the center of the adorable town of Valkenburg. It's just a leisurely stroll away from the train station and within minutes of the main attractions. The rooms are well-maintained with attention to detail, including small balconies and locked rooms on the same floor that comfortably slept my entire family.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic. We had a room that comfortably slept all five members of my family, with a private bathroom and even a small balcony. The basic amenities were all provided, including reliable internet and a TV that worked perfectly. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. They provided little touches like candles on the breakfast table and complimentary nuts and fruits to take to our room. The location of the hotel was also perfect, away from the busy streets right in the city centre, close to main attractions and near the centre of Valkenburg.

Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location close to many famous attractions and restaurants. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, soft drinks and a selection of spirits. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the price is reasonable.

The room was quite small, with little space to put things and the basin had no room on either side. The breakfast was too expensive, €19 for two people, especially given the limited selection of food on offer.

The room we booked was a bit smaller than expected and it was located on one of the higher floors which made it a bit challenging to navigate with our luggage. the wifi signal in our room was not very strong.
